We want you to love every piece you purchase from Lily's Kitchen, but if your style isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our kitchen team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
